The level of the course was quite basic
Useless. Boring. Presenter has droning voice. Videos not engaging. FAR too long for purpose.
Far too long and delayed even more by our slow network which constantly stalls content delivery. Needs a short-form text version and / or a reduced bandwidth (grainy pictures) version. It's no substitute for a personal assessment by someone actually in the company and it's very dull.
kept seizing my laptop so had to exit and restart regularly! also meant was on laptop longer than the prescribed 20 minutes! 😊
I understand that this training is necessary, but its filled with irrelevant nonsense that only a cretin would not know already.
I am sure this course is worthwhile for individuals that have a desk to work at, but I do not. I sometimes have to work in very improvised areas in and amongst equipment that does not constitute good composure, I have expressed by email to my company, yet this course is still deemed appropriate, which I can assure you it is not even 40 % appropriate, it is for me likened to learning about etiquette at a formal dinner party; good to know, but hardly ever put to practice.
create one for people standing up
This was very frustrating to get access too, by all of my colleagues around me. It firstly didn't give us access and then the screen froze, then we went through each section having to manually click to the next page (it wasn't always obvious that the page was at an end) and any that had a video on them, they didn't work so a lot of information was missed. We didn't get to see any of the exercise videos.
The course relies on having audio on the computer in use. No computers in the area have speakers fitted.
Lots of worthless videos to waste time on, no useful content to help you learn.
