While I agree that this stuff is important and it's good to get a refresher, it is frankly patronising to someone who has done this kind of thing before, and the pace is far too slow.

This was a very long course. Having to watch every section was extremely time consuming. Would it not be better to have words only to allow people to read with the option of watching the video?
