Very informative training session which has enabled me to identify a number of improvements to my work place area.
the training was thorough and easy to follow. The assessment covered all aspects.

Really good to be reminded how to help your posture and what we should do to help when we are using DSE equipment regularly. Appreciate all the good advise so i can try to implement these rules to help the work life balance - look after my well being better.
