Zero stars. What is the point? Especially so when considering your employer gives you a laptop as your main computer (with reflective screen) and an adjoining monitor that is not height adjustable.
Once I'd done the first section, the site froze. On reloading, none of the video resources worked - so I couldn't view any of the content. Clicked through and completed the questionnaire at the end based on commonsense. I'm now trying to do the manual handling course and it's the same.
This course made me angry. I have a disability (fibromyalgia) which means that I use adapted equipment. Many of the sections were totally irrelevant to my needs but I had to do them anyway. The DSE assessment contravened what I have already here and suggested some things which would be harmful to me. I had to fill in irrelevant sections (ie using a mouse which I cannot do) before I was allowed to proceed. This made me feel marginalised. Some of the standard advice in this course is wrong/ harmful if you have a disability. Some of the exercises you suggest would put me in hospital. I am aware that you gave a warning but the point is that your assumption that everyone is the same (ie able bodied) only serves to make those of us who are disable feel marginalised and excluded. As in your other training courses: most of the images you use are of white men and there have been no images of visibly disabled people in any of the three courses I have done. I think you need to think more about inclusivity and will be ,making this point to my HR department.

Little relevant and the relevant was obvious. A box ticking exercise and nothing more.
Poor showing you can get a new risk assment with out doing the course again
Never acted on even when shows there is a problem.
