Hi Team, I would like to express my appreciation of the task. I have found the training very useful, as one tends to overlook the necessity to take a break for wellbeing. This has reminded me of the importance of taking small steps to help improve my health to avoid long term suffering.

The training programme is simple, easy to use, easy to understand and tells you what you need to know without loads of unnecessary waffle.

A relevant and useful training DVD. There are clear explanations given in each section and the information is relevant to my working environment. The practical section with the suggested exercises makes the DVD interactive and memorable.

Very easy programme to follow with good clear instructions/explanations on each section and diagrams very clear. The risk assessment test questions were a little on the long side to complete - too many questions regarding each piece of equipment

Most of the training we have had from our resident health & safety Officer. I found the exercises (not previously seen) particularly useful and intend to use them on a daily basis.

Very good in theory but far too long winded.

Very clear and easy to follow. It covered all the areas of using workstations and explained how to reduce eye strain and neck ache which I do suffer from. Better than attending a half day course which obviously uses more time to get the same result/s.
