The programme was very good apart from the final test, I definitely clicked on the correct answer for one question and was told it was wrong so subsequently I re-took the test to get a higher score.

Could have been enhanced by being able to view on full screen.

Subtitles would greatly improve this training as not all workstations have a sound card. Some of your other programmes already have subtitles.

Should also include a short module for employees who are using 2 or several monitors

Useful to learn how to avoid serious health consequences.

Very informative and I learned a few things today that I had been doing wrong.

The exercises might help me reduce the number of headaches that I get, and help reduce back and neck pain due to poor posture.

Some useful information, although quite a long presentation prior to the risk assessment. Perhaps an idea of the time it will take prior to undertaking the presentation/training would be good.

Have learned some useful tips and exerices for the future, particular on the screen and chair positions.
