It raised several issues that were interesting and valuable. The presenter was welcoming and encouraged participation. It was helpful to be able to do it in installments. When rejoin ing after a break, it was good to be taken directly to where I'd finished.The repetitive action of the risk assessment left me with stiff wrists. I had to shake my hands several times while answering the questions before being able to continue in comfort.

Presentation was clear and the topics coverered were very relevant. I partuclarly like the exercise section which leads me on to my next comment. There should be real-time practical element e.g. it shoudl actually ask you to check your seating position, alignment and adjustmets of your chair, five you time to do so and then confirm (Yes/No) that you have done so. If the individual states No, they have not been able to make th adjustments, corrections then this shoud be flagged up to the individuals in the organisttin monitoring th training that this individual needs assistance.

A clear concise way to get information accross. Always good to be reminded of good practise and useful that it can be completed in sections rather than all in one go.

particularly useful as one could carry out checks whilst working through the information. a little annoting that in the risk assessment one must answer yes or no to all question even if they are irrelevant

I found the course very helpful, especially concerning exercises, the rest of the module was very easy to follow and informitive.

Time allocated insufficient to complete,going back to write answers as not told that answers that were not a yes or no just didn't count.

It would be good to have subtitles as an option if sound is not available on your machine.

I found this training very helpfull, it was aimed just right, not too lenghthy, and the modules covered all aspects. I would recommend this training to other agencies.

The programme was very well structured, complete with a clear intorduction and subsequent sub-topic sections. As a result I found helped me to I efficiently comprehended and absorbed the necessary and undoubtedly important details. The programme is not only informative but very user friendly - thank you.
