Please try to condense this course. Towards the end I was fed up and a little bored.
All information was very relevant and useful, but it would be even better if there was more information about certain sitting/standing postures that feel comfortable but may or may not have a negative effect, such as crossing legs, putting legs on a stool or a table top at home, working while lying down etc.

This course was very interesting and had new information in from last time, I feel this is one of the most important course, as it affect me directly in my daily work load.
This course is good because it helps employers to look at their way of working and their posture, and also when its time to refresh, they can also look at this again, and make adaptable changes if they need to do so.

The only downside to this is nothing to do with ihasco; it just that I work on an exceptionally busy reception where interruptions are continuous. Trying to take everything in and then answering questions at the end is a long drawn out processt so where it says it should take 30 minutes to complete it usually takes me considerable longer.
