Please consider prompting around the assessment more at various points. I missed the link entirely as it was down the page a little and my HR department had to contact me to highlight it.
Visual, sound and text makes the training accessible to most and easy to understand in plain English. I like how you can go over the same points by replaying the video. Training covered everything you need to know in a short time frame with test as a reminder of good practice.
its great that you make us actually do the movements I do think there could be more movements but otherwise excellent
