Very good, although being told about posture and spine position by a presenter with poor posture/spine position was a little distracting.
Directions and progress were straightforward. To have someone talk to you, rather than just reading everything, made it more varied and interesting. Good and helpful diagrams
I found this training clear and useful, but was a bit put off by the way the presenters kept emphasising how correct DSE use was important for "productivity" - it felt very much like it was focusing on what my workplace can get out of me, rather than on my wellbeing.
Everything covered to make working from home safe and comfortable. However I disagree with the advise to not have windows open in a room(s) where you are not working. On hot days in Summer this is not practical. However there are certain areas where I can ask my employer for support which will improve my home working environment.

The course structure is great. My only criticism is that some of the test questions are a little obvious.
I'd prefer less videos personally, but understand that others may prefer them
Like the addition of infection/cleaning section.
Great when you have your own desk and equipment but when you are sharing or working at home or in school this doesn't happen as you don't necessary have adjustable chair.
Good information and presented well. Broken into sections so not too long
