This was very interesting and can be applied outside of the workplace, ie computer gaming and the use of my phone. Detailed and easy to understand very impressed.
It was very instructive and helpful. It was also well delivered in dynamic way.
I found this both a useful refresher of things I knew already plus some great tips that I wasn't aware of (eg 20/20/20 for eyes). Great content well delivered.
