It would be useful if I can read rather than listen as it is a open-plan office.
I work in an open plan office so it would have been better to have had a non sound version otherwise this was very informative.
Course content was ok
My two small negative comments are - one that there was not mention of wearing glasses when doing the eye exercises - their relevance or otherwise. Tow I could not distinguish between the skeletons and their seated positions on the first test - they were difficult to see.
Info explained clearly but the system kept crashing so it took about 6 atempts to get through it all over several days - a real time waster and not conducive to learning. Also it would be helpful to be able to print out a reminder of the exercises to have to hand.
Overlong? Slightly tedious, especially if one knew most of the information. However, I did learn new knowledge and will be implementing it immediately. I think that the 'back' box would be better placed bottom right of the screen. I did appreciate being able to re- test myself until I achieved 100%.
video did not run
no problem
It raised several issues that were interesting and valuable. The presenter was welcoming and encouraged participation. It was helpful to be able to do it in installments. When rejoin ing after a break, it was good to be taken directly to where I'd finished. The repetitive action of the risk assessment left me with stiff wrists. I had to shake my hands several times while answering the questions before being able to continue in comfort.
Presentation was clear and the topics coverered were very relevant. I partuclarly like the exercise section which leads me on to my next comment. There should be real-time practical element e.g. it shoudl actually ask you to check your seating position, alignment and adjustmets of your chair, five you time to do so and then confirm (Yes/No) that you have done so. If the individual states No, they have not been able to make th adjustments, corrections then this shoud be flagged up to the individuals in the organisttin monitoring th training that this individual needs assistance.
