Good but very time consuming in the workplace
Makes you more aware of how important it is to take regular breaks and the exercise tips are very good. I will definitely think about my posture.

Loved the transcripts/subtitles. Liked the additional resource too especially the remote working in current climate os very topical. Easy to navigate and work through the modules and pause/rewind as required. Tone of presenter good - not patronising in any way. Only negative if had to pick one is ensuring that the employee navigates to the "assessment" tab .
Informative and engaging method of delivering this training - to the point but served as a useful reminder (and some new material on the topic). I am frustrated by how menlosecurity limits interaction / caused initial login issues, but that is a Sembcorp (not iHasco) issue! Thanks Chris
Was a good module, gave ideas about posture and made you think more about the implications bad posture can cause. Only bad thing is in the Assessment after the test i don't see what getting improvement and performance feedback is relevant to Display Screen Equipment
