Straight forward and covered all aspects

Simple but effective learning. Being able to be delivered across to some areas of the organisation that work in remote locations and have Time restraints due to Daily work load.

Helpful and interesting

I found this course really helpful especially for my posture and taking regular time away from your screen.

This is an excellent DSE training video.

The course contains clear and informative material, and tabs into the very issues surrounding working with DSEs. I found the tips included in the video very useful, specially the 20:20:20 rule and the importance of taking regular breaks away from the screen. Thank you for making this material available.

boring and not engaging

The information provided was really good. The issue I have is that its too long, why is there 45 slides with some videos only lasting 20seconds? just make them longer but with a short quiz or different yes or no questions. I started to fall asleep after the first 10 slides. It needs to be exciting and more engaging so that people actually learn something rather then starring at the screen for 40mins click next slide every 20seconds.

Pointed out some good practise reminders

Well worth doing particularly where you have got a home office situation where often less care is taken. I only gave it 4 stars as there was no practical advice such as desk height and workspace area size or advice on alternatives where space is limited all of which can help people when WFH as they may not be able to create a dedicated work area and may be limited to only using the laptop and its screen.
