Excellent training & refresher course, as we sometimes forget how important posture and movement is, as we just tend to "get on with the job".
I found the tips about positioning and good posture when working at a keyboard very useful. It was clearly and well presented
Course content was easy to understand and delivered well.
Clearly presented course broken into small bitesize pieces. Easy to follow and go back to rehear slides. Liked the small attachments at certain slides with exercises encouraging you to take a break and stretch as well as the random question thrown in.
