Recognising how our work delivery has changed, the principles around the DSE training are excellent and helpful in maintaining a healthy posture and a great reminder to take regular breaks. The course may for the future be helpful with a great focus on some of the issues we encounter working from home.

I learnt quite a few things I wasn't aware of. Ideally, I should follow all suggestions, but not sure how feasible this would be. I will certainly make adjustments in as many areas as I can.
I didnt think that I receive such a course like this including very fantastic lessons to our working life.I studied how to use office equipment in good mannar without tired.thank you so much.good wishes to team.
