Having unskippable video is painful, especially when the content is trivial and can be read by the transcript.Read the transcript in 5 seconds, forced to watch the presenter slowly read the same content over 1.5 mins soon adds up to frustration.
Test should come first to check competence then videos of things which were failed.

I feel much safer as a driver now that I wasted 15 mins of my life, not working, making my money for Lucion to watch this video, so many thanks.
Been told that driving with headphones, in flipflops and barefoot is a good idea whereas you can be prosecuted with driving without due care and attention. Also if you let your car tell you its out of oil (red light on dash) then its probably too late and you have damaged your engine?
