Very frustrating. Test took half an hour longer than expected to complete as I kept on having to wait and reload pages. Even had to close and reopen app a couple of times. Ran speedtest on my pc while this was happening and it was fine - so not a problem at my end... Maybe an issue with server capacity (I was doing it mid/late morning).
The Driver awareness on line course / test was very good with good clear information and relevent questions at the end.
Two questions I found were confusing-1. SLOW sign, it is not always when there is a collision. It could be due to road works, queuing, crowd crossing, etc. 2. Estimated time for 'your' foot to respond could vary as it says 'your foot' not as a general time.I have been marked down on these two questions and I feel the language of the question is unclear.Thanks, Mala
the course covered defensive driving which is a good thing to do but felt that the test at the end didn't do the course any justice for example questions on asking for percentages mean nothing to most people and I would think that most people would not take in these percentages and take on what really matters i.e road positioning and speed limits, driving in certain conditions etc.
Very informative and easy to complete but having no sound on our computer made it a bit of a chore to follow.
Too many company car drivers will already think they know this so will probably be pretty dismissive of it - it hasn't got a very positive response from our testers so far,However, it is very thorough in covering all the essential elements that we need our drivers to be fully aware of so in that regard, its very good.But the graphics are awful and detract significantly from the impact of the course.

OK BUT DIFFICULT TO A 64 MINUTE COURSE AT MY DESK
Very handy for someone that has a lot of company driving to do but infrequently
Not too sure how much new information I learnt but it was a good refresher. Some animations could possibly be improved. Overall good awareness refresher and useful for day to day driving.
