Covered a wide range of internet use, but did not overload information, thereby making the content easier to remember. Meaning of terms were explained simply, and instructions on actions to take were very clearly put, and reinforced.

The content felt quite light compared to other cyber security courses I've done. I liked that I could read the transcript and skip the video. Some of the questions in the test didn't feel important (notably where the word Malware comes from).

Good passwords are not 9-14 characters long. See Randall Munroe's discussion of this. Maximise the entropy. Most;ly, that means increasing the length but in a non-predictable way. The only good bit about the password section was the advice to use a password manager.
I liked it because it was short bursts of training 30 secs to 2 minute sessions, therefore did not get boring. Questions after sections to check learning. .
