Didn't waffle on with to much Technical information
As with other ihasco programmes, simple and easy to follow, a common sense approach and an easy to understand script. The right balance between information and raising awareness - not scaring you too much but not underestimating the importance of vigilance and good practice.
Clearly made the relevant points and reinforced the important ones. I got 20/20 in the test so it was obviously easy to digest and remember.
Self explanatory and not too long with multi choice exam at the end
as a novice with computer systems I found the course very enlightening and very educational. I felt the content was delivered in a way I could easily follow and understand.
