Interesting, concise course.

I thought this would be too long at 38 minutes but I found it very interesting and informative of what is a very serious subject!

Takes far too much time to complete

The program would be fine, if the website didn't constantly need refreshing/reloading. Not counting the previous days' attempts to get this completed, today I have spent 1.75 hours getting though the course.

Interesting Course

The content of the course was very interesting and informative, however, parts of the information were too excessive to remember in a short space time as you can't look back on content once you have started the test. I liked the fact that during the course a few questions are asked (that do not count to your actual score) to test your knowledge before you start the actual test. Some of the questions were misleading and hard to choose between each option as the answer could be any of the choices. I didn't like the fact that on the certificate the percentage is printed in VERY large print instead of a score out of 20, for example getting just one question wrong makes the percentage seem low due to only having a small number of questions.

Easy to follow

Liked the visual way that depicted/accentuated what was being said. As in the animated parts. Also the presenter was quite good, easy to understand and look at.
