There should have been a clear instruction before taking the test, if one or more answer may be correct. E.g Passwords question, what make a good passwords two answers are correct, adding special letter or sign make better password. Therefore I have assumed that only one answer may be correct in a test whether on the one from the last question two should have been marked and I have answered incorrectly because though one answer only applies.
Despite what could be considered a less than colourful subject matter the course was interesting and informative. The graphics were good and the scenarios were relateable.
The video was excellent, very clear and I learned lots.

The delivery of the course was at a level where you could understand what is expected of you in relation to cyber security and wasn't too technical - a very user friendly course.
The section about using memory sticks was not compatible with our organisations policies.
