Will help me on my professional and private life
Most of the 'stuff' I already knew but it was a really important reminder. It was in easy to follow chunks, not patronising but simple. I am really glad i did it. I got 90% because I once misread the question and once pressed the wrong button. It has prompted me to change some of my passwords!

The videos are short and sweet with full of information.
I knew most of the information that was contained. But not all of it. It was particularly useful to have some of the issues framed in broader statistics. i.e. that e-mails account for x% of successful malware attacks. Or y% of attacks come through unauthorized physical attacks to computer systems. Its obviously a preliminary course that establishes or confirms basic knowledge. And should ideally be followed by further more in depth courses e.g. about the nature of the threats and how they work (if this could in practice further enhance cyber security). My sense was that the fire safety course went into the details a lot more than this one (but this may just reflect different starting points in terms of knowledge on my part!).Best WishesCreon
Very easy to follow, and contained some easy to implement practical advice.
The subtitles need turning on for every video, and it is impossible to skip bits if you have already seen a section.
