Not so many breaks as other courses I have done. Quite big chunks of info to take in in one go
I felt engaged throughout, the visual content really helped me to understand the training. The only thing I would change would be the timing of the videos, sometimes the shorter clips could have been put together in one slide.

I have downloaded the certificate at the end of the course, just to find out that it contains nothing but some number and symbols only.
Easy to understand, liked the multiple choice questions.
I had to compete the test 3 times as the site crashed each time I was completing it and then the last time (4th)I completed it said I got 95% although it had said I got every question right as I went through so I was disappointed
Useful to remind us to be aware and not click on things in a rush. Even for personal issues such as bank accounts this is important.
I really like the day to day analogies used to demonstrate the key points of this module.
