Informative and not too long, good refresher course.
I thought the was training excellent, although I have done the same training before I found the content informative and useful; it was delivered in manageable blocks making it easier to retain the information.

I think I'm reasonably aware of cyber security, but the course helped to consolidate that knowledge, and added some aspects that I wasn't aware of. Each section was well delivered and to the point, and the ongoing questions helped focus the mind. I also liked the video presentations, rather than simply illustrations and lots of words on the screen.
Comprehensive but not overwhelming overview. Thank you.

Cybersecurity awareness training is essential in educating individuals and organizations about the importance of safeguarding their electronic devices and data from cyber threats. Through such training, participants learn about common cyber risks, including phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks, and are equipped with knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to these threats effectively.
It might be worth considering the issue some of your questions pose and if the answers you expect conflict with an internal IT policy... i.e. When receiving an email asking you to change bank details etc, your expected answer is to contact the sender. Most of the time these kinds of emails are unsolicited and the best policy is to ask the IT department, prior to an attempt to contact the sender. In our business, we expect the IT department to be notified first and contact made with the sender (if applicable) as a secondary.
