The training took much longer to complete than necessary due to the way this was presented but completely unnecessary for the majority of people working in an office environment as they do not need to go as in depth - a simple does/don't bullet point/slideshow followed by a test would have sufficed and would use up far less time.In response to additional titles, I would not be interested in any of the below if they were set out in the same manner as I have found this extremely inefficient.
If we have been using computers every single day we are possibly aware of what to and what not to do. Once again this is a training for the sake of doing a training. Waste of time if you are little tech savvy as everything in this training is very rudimentary. The response to the test questions were blatantly obvious to any one taking the test.
Takes a long time to complete and is not very informative. This is an important topic and, in my opinion, this kind of condescending training does not incentivise people to take it seriously.
Unengeging, and gives advice which simply isn't feasible to follow. If I was to report every spam email I received I wouldn't do anything else for the entire day every day.
Filled with the blindingly obvious. Also extremely sexist - young man with all the answers, middle aged women making all the mistakes.
Repetitive, bad content, impossible to click next when you've read the transcript

Completing the course took me over three days and several attempts as the video kept crashing/freezing preventing me from reaching the test
This course covers the basics - which is important. But many people are already familiar with these. So having to sit through a series of videos rather than reading through the information at your own pace makes it a very frustrating experience! People are less likely to want to engage with this kind of important training, especially when they have busy day jobs, if they feel their time is being wasted.
the person chosen to host it is possible the most unlikeable person you could have possibly chosen. he's smug sounding, posh and makes you feel like you're an idiot. try and older northern person or Irish person next time.
