Excellent for Office workers and coverage of responsibilities and legal duties of employers and employees, hazard identification and correct use of PPE applies to any workplace. Goes over the new symbols. The sections on spillage and disposal would help companies going for ISO14001.
Does not cover blood & body fluids. This is essential in health & social care, and should also be covered briefly in other sectors. If it had done so i would have purchaed this for use across the organisation

A good quick programme - useful for premises staff.
I liked the programme because it was clear and succinct. The presenter came across well and it covered the areas of knowledge necessary for school technicians and teaching staff.
WOULD LIKE TO PUT ANOTHER NAME ON CERTIFICATE
It would be great if I could issue staff with a certificate as they have to log in on my email address as I am training cleaners who do not have an email account
