Simple and easy to access and use.

The course is well presented, direct and informative. There will be something to be learned by everyone, whatever their level of experience in the industry.

Very clear and user friendly.

I understand the importance of knowing the types of chemicals we use daily. Everyone should undergo this type of training so that we are all safe from accidental injury. Thank you.

Face to face is far more effective

Having been a Quality Assurance manager for many years COSHH and NEBOSCH type assessments, has always been more effectively implemented when the recipients of the instructions are presented face to face in a working environment. I do, however, understand the difficulties and costs involved of multisite training and education. As a volunteer, it is unlikely that I would encounter some of the situations included in the assessment, never the less, being aware of ALL the hazards involved in both commercial and public access environments is important, Whilst the induction of volunteers is necessary, in some instances it is left to the individual to gain information about the site in which they will work, and could be more successfully promoted by a more frequent and less ''secretive'' approach by permanent staff members at the site.

Informative. Easy to use and understand. but when crashed. had to start again. meaning valuable time wasted..

Very informative and well presented

Thankfully I work in a very low risk workplace so have few hazardous substances to deal with. However this training has highlighted that maybe we are a bit complement in this area and will now make me review this aspect of our health and safety protocols.
