Couldn't hear load enough but I am. Deaf

The course was fine, but couldn't hear quite well as I am deaf wish it was loader. Sometimes had to listen twice, to understand some meaning. But other than that OK.

Bitesize learning does the job

Hard to make this subject matter interesting but it did a good job. The trainer was calm and informative. (Earrings kept changing though! Added some continuity interest!) Slides always try to show a different side to the words giving those who learn with their eyes more than their ears, an extra element. The bite size portions made it easier to absorb the information also.

One thing may be incorrect

The course says "in the case of a flammable substance spillage, switch off all electrical equipment."I do not think that this is good advice. Switching off electrical equipment locally to a flammable gas or vapour could result in spark ignition. It is safer to leave the electrical equipment on, and evacuate the area. Then turn off the electricity remotely. This can be done at the fuse board for instance.
