If taken out of context this could be quite an emotive subject and, as a species, we tend to panic when emotional! Like with all situations which illicit our natural flight or fight response take a step back, calm down, assess the situation and bingo, panic averted.
This course, helped to reaffirm my knowledge I already had. It is a good course to make you aware, of the threats that could effect your business. And how to handle the situation.

Very easy to understand and 20 mins was just about right amount of time .
