The course training was very detailed and easy to understand. I have passed the course and received the certificate right after the test.
I think course is a good tool to remind people of things they already new but may have forgotten.
This was quite a comprehensive course aimed mostly at people working in offices, where phones are answered and packages/letters received. My place of work is not an office and neither am I on the front line to answer phones nor receive post but I did learn a great deal nonetheless.

Well presented, I liked the fact their was a short video presentation, and the option to read the transcription.The course went through at a good steady pace. Very informative, clear and concise delivery.
Well conveyed with quizzes along the way to keep one engaged. Helpful to have transcripts to quickly recap and check learning. Clear test questions at the end of the course to help reinforce understanding.
