A useful training from which every one can benefit gaining knowledge on bomb threats.

All the important stuff seems to be covered. Not too long or boring. Someone with common sense could probably pass the test without really concentrating too hard on the video is my only critisism.

I enjoyed this course and I hope that it will help me in the future when looking for a job

Good succinct piece of training which communicates all the important details to deal with these sort of threats in the workplace.

A good reminder of how to react if a suspicious looking parcel is delivered. For me as a Visitor Experience Assistant it seemed too office orientated. We need training on how to react in a place where members of the public often leave bags etc in error.
