It has broaden my knowledge and understanding of basic life support basically with the treatment of chocking and its signs, how to perform CPR for Adult, Children and Infants and Record Keeping.
I enjoyed reading and listening to the recordings and helped me answered the questions right. It's a good coause.

I learned about treating a choking child and it will help handle any such both at home and at my job side medical emergency, used for CPR, obstructed airway for infantb, back blows for infant all this has help increasing my knowledge
