The course was let down (as often seems to be the case) by some bad test questions. For instance, to ask who is at 'higher' risk of asbestos is meaningless, because you do not say 'higher' than what. It would be a nonsense to assert that people who are not routinely disturbing asbestos are at a similarly high risk to those who are, and yet that is the implication of the answer you require. The question about asbestos breaking down in the lungs was also bad, as the course material suggested that blue and brown asbestos are more resistant to breakdown than white asbestos. That can only be true if white asbestos has some potential to break down. Either the course material or the test question has been over-simplified on this point.
