Firstly, the course took longer than the indicated timings Secondly, whilst no doubt a company/legal requirement, i never have any financial dealings with customers, so it seeme inappropriately long, and a simplified course would have been more relevantto me.
It was difficult for me to focus on this course, the way it looks is a bit amateur in my opinion and the testing at the end is insufficient, not a great way of assessing individuals on sth as important as AML with 5 extremely simple questions. Thanks

I found this course really tiring. Maybe because it was third one I did ...but hard to keep focus.
Didn't agree that a firearms certificate makes a person less of a risk as a form of ID that is a rather naive assumption, also the course didnt make the distinction that to have a money laundering officer is only relevant for FSA regulated businesses, as we are a manufacturing company this wasn't a relevant question per se. Mainly it was fine and informative but in reality very much ideal world scenario. Also to state a public authority has to be low risk is again making an assumption, yes it is lower risk I accept but not above suspicion in the modern world
Didn’t think it was relevant for my job
The videos cut out before the end making it harder to follow?
There was a lot of content but it didn't put it into practice for the type of organisation that we work in
