A good training programme that is in no way patronising, and I really liked the 'tester' questions after each section!

enjoyable, flexible when user can do the course which is a bonus. the information is very useful and easily related to from my perspective. i am looking forward to the next course.Thank you from a very pleased client.

I found the graphics and information easy to follow in general and the flexibility of being able to go back to previous sessions useful.

The course is in small bite size chunks so you are not flooded with too much information all at once. The questions along the way are also good as these keep your mind focused.

I found this course to be very convenient. I liked the delivery style of the video and the interaction of the testing to confirm knowledge. The information given was concise, what was needed and at the right level not to become boring which would lead to disengagement. Overall I feel this method of training is effective and cost efficient.

as title says , no pointless chat just all the info from the start

the training was very hard to stay engaged , if it had been any longer I would have exited the test

there was 1 question where all through all of the videos the answer was stated to be 3 days. then in the test this magically changes to 4 days because reasons
