Common sense but very well presented
The speaker was clear, the content well structured and generally it was very slick, but i felt the subject matter was pretty basic and a lot of it was common sense
Challenge your preconceptions.
This was a good, clear module with a clear message about how much our own preconceptions and beliefs can influence our opinions and that we must challenge ourselves about them. I enjoyed it. Not sure I learnt all that much but then I am quite ancient and have come across all sorts of training like this. But it would be useful to people starting out in the career.

Why is this training important?
Business benefits
Most of the time, critical thinkers are the ones who make the best decisions. They analyse their situation/issue and make an informed decision, rather than making a decision without any mental tinkering.
In the workplace, where days are full of tasks to be completed, problems to be solved, and information to be communicated effectively, critical thinkers are extremely valuable to both their employers and their colleagues.
Finally, being able to demonstrate an ability to solve problems, and in turn, achieving goals, will help to boost the confidence of everyone in the workplace.
