Very easy to follow
Loved the way the course was broken down in to 10 smaller chunks to keep the audience interested and engaged, also liked the fact you could go back and watch again, which I did, because during the 15 mins my doorbell went and I missed a critical section which actually led to me not reading the question right and answering it wrong
As the statement below
This course was not as good as a lot of the other courses in my opinion
Great course
The gives me more skills to use within my work role and personal life
Useful way to think
Slightly too abstract to apply easily? Good though

It was ok
I am already doing what was shown in the video and I think it is common sense to work this way. I don't feel this training showed me anything I wasn't already aware of as I have had to use this way of thinking with ,y previous experience of drafting letters to MPs and public complaint letters where I have to look at all the evidence, evaluate what the evidence shows and provide a honest conclusion to the question asked (belief).
