A new, smarter, responsive and more flexible training suite

iHasco's new training suite

The world is constantly changing; people’s lives are more interconnected and busier than at any time in history. Finding the time to fit in training can be tricky, adding to the pressures of the workday. This is why it is crucial for us at iHasco to work with our users to ensure that the training we provide is as useful and efficient as possible – and not just another thing to worry about.

Over the last few months, we’ve been busy refurbishing our training courses with one goal in mind; to make things quicker and simpler for users. The changes will make it easier to navigate our courses, keep track of which courses have been started, which ones completed and which ones need completing next. Some of the changes include:

  • An improved “Course Dashboard” page – Not sure which course you need to complete next? No problem! Courses now arrange themselves according to importance, with the most important to complete at the top. And there’s also a Progression Bar to show you just how much progress you’ve made through your list of assigned courses.
  • Flexible learning with "Off-thread" resources – Every course now has a Course Overview page providing, among other things, an interactive outline which allows you to skip to any section, a list of useful resources and any information relevant to the course itself – like how long it should take you.
  • Responsive layout – People no longer spend all day sat at a desk, glued to a static computer screen; we have laptops, smartphones and tablets for greater convenience. Our training courses now reflect this need for convenience and can adapt, instantly, to any screen size. No matter how small or large your screen, videos are always visible - even following you as you scroll down through the page.

These are just a few of the changes you can expect in the very near future. It will help to make our user’s experience quicker, easier and much more efficient – adapting to their needs and their lifestyles. Training is vital in any workplace but they should test our user’s knowledge and skills, not their patience.
