Each section of the training was clearly laid out with easy-to-follow information. My only suggestion for this training video would be to include real video of fires being extinguished by the various extinguishers, to show how someone might use it in real life.

A clear and concise review of how fire spreads, what you need to do to prevent it and what to do if you are in a fire. Taught me things I did not know.Paul

This was an important and informative course. It was clear, well presented and informative. It helped enhance awareness and understanding which helps boost confidence.The only section that could potentially be reviewed is the section regarding different types of of extinguishers as this was slightly overwhelming. However, it was clear that one should only ever attempt to tackle a fire if it is not putting any one at risk and if it can safely done just using one extinguisher.Overall, an excellent programme.

It was very clear, accessible and easy to understand. The content was simple and engaging without being overwhelming.Perhaps the section about the different types of extinguishers could have been presented slightly differently a little as that section was quite a lot to take in. However, the important point came across that one should only tackle a fire if it is not putting anyone in danger and can be done so effectively and safely with one extinguisher.Overall an excellent and important programme.
