What made you realise your training needs?
“Cleaning is an industry that is often undervalued and underestimated; especially when it comes to the amount of Health and Safety involved in the job role. Cleaners are hired to work in a very wide range of environments and have to be prepared for anything. We want to make sure our staff have all the training and qualifications necessary to complete their job to the best of their ability. Training involves time, energy and it was becoming clear we needed a more professional and practical way to deliver it to our growing team.”
