Really important subject and I learned about dyscalcula and dysgraphia that I didn't know about before. Also, my generation have always been very focussed on inclusivity in terms of gender and race but need to be mindful about how our colleagues, think, work, communicate and whether our processes/practices prevent them fulfilling their potential and ultimately our team's potential

The course is a great learning to all individuals, not only in the work sector but everyone who is surrounded by neurodiverse individuals. The course has shaped my way of thinking and understanding on how to deal with neurodiversity. Thanks.

So interesting. I am neurodivergent and happy to be so. But it was interesting to learn about it in more depth and hear about the strengths and not just the weaknesses.
