Common sense and awareness of others around you and how you would feel if under pressure
A well balanced course taking into consideration all the diversity of human nature.
Interesting and useful
A 'just the facts' course about neurodiversity and topics within. The only question marks remaining are around relating to neurodiversity itself: often, adults don't know if they're neurodiverse although they may exhibit some of the associated behaviours. It's not up to their coworkers to diagnose them or make assumptions. What is the suggested behaviour?
Extremely helpful course with clear, easy to listen to presenter.
I found this online course extremely useful. I enjoyed the pace and clear chunked information. Each slide was easy to listen to with a written explanation at the end. The true/false statements were helpful to clarify main areas of learning at each stage. I found it helpful to confirm the correct and best use of language when discussing neurodiversity and how best to support and make adaptions for colleagues with neurodivergent minds.
Very informative and pitched at right level.
I have an Autistic Son and whilst both my wife and I are fully on board with his problems I am pleased that this training is being rolled out to all. Sadly very few people make allowances for people with conditions and we have witnessed first hand how their lack of understanding has led to our son feeling depressed and lacking in self esteem. Thank you for producing an excellent course.
