It was a good reminder.
Useful and well presented with extra information available to refer to you. I am aware of a lot of the information in the training but it is good to take time and refresh.
Provides a good insight
This course provides a good insight into mental health and how to deal with certain mental health issues. Whether it be depression, anxiety, stress, it's always very important to talk to someone and use some of the coping mechanisms provided within the training.
Easy to understand
Courses are well explained and easy to understand
Very informative
I found it very informative, I will take what I have learnt to put to practical use, and and be more open in future
Helpful tool
A good general course allowing the user to identify some key elements of good and bad mental health.
Excellent comprehensive guide
I was incredibly impressed at how many different aspects of mental health awareness was covered. I think having lots of short video sections helps people with low concentration spans focus on the topic in hand. My only gripe is that the additional resource video sections were unwatchable as they started to buffer after only a few seconds, and as they covered some really interesting topics, I felt that I missed out on important sections. I feel very confident that my team have been exposed to an excellent comprehensive guide to the subject and are now better equipped to not only enhance their own good mental health but to also appreciate, understand and identify those of colleagues, family and friends around them. Thank you!

I found the course very user friendly and informative and easily able to read and understand. Also the prompts and summaries are really beneficial as a quick overview.
Covered all main areas
Could do with more specifics on websites to use?
Interesting and shows you are not alone
The course made me realise just how common mental health problems are but also showed that sufferers are not alone and that there is help and advice available.
