Very thorough and as someone dealing with MH issues I thought it covered all aspects with good advice
Good advice in theses difficult times
Mental Health is often overlooked or ignored, but this never improves matters. Having someone to talk to at difficult times is vital.

As a First Aider of many years, I do have an interest in mental health and well-being. It is something that I would like to learn more about and possibly take part in any training on the subject if the chance ever arose.

Re assuring to talk about MH
I found the course quite informative and re affirming in that it's ok to have mental health problems. I appreciated the effective and practical advice. CBT's basic premise of re-programming negative or non constructive thought patterns with positive affirmations is interesting in itself but it was good to hear the reason why it can re train your subconscious reflexes! However I thought that perhaps the idea of setting little goals for yourself in order to feel a sense of achievement upon completion was not quite correct and contradicts the basis of Mindfulness. Shouldn't you have said that we must learn to get the positives from process and not be so goal oriented? The journey is as important. Achieving the goal is a fleeting experience.
