I feel that this course could have expanded on some more of the issues regarding mental health and sign posting some of the issues which exacerbate stress / depression.

This was an excellent course and I liked the way in which it was broken down into the easy to listen to sections. It was clear, informative and certainly made me think. The presenters were ‘just right’ and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Very good- straight forward approach
Good, clearly presented guide to recognising stress, anxiety, depression & other disorders in yourself and others. Comprehensive ideas and approaches to self-help and useful guidance for managers and workplace teams.
