Easy to understand and follow.

This course is very simple to complete and easy to understand. It gives a very good insight to the causes of mental health problems and ways in which you can deal with them.

Useful introduction

A clear introduction to recognising, managing and helping with common mental health issues. The focus is on developing protective strategies which tends to individualise problems, but nonetheless can be helpful.

I found it helpful.

Having had problems in the past in the past it made a lot of sense to me and there was a lot of useful information given in the course.

Basic

I would be worried that anyone who did this training who did have problem would feel that their mental issues where in some way their fault, it felt like there was a lot of onus on someone just switching thoughts and being more positive but some people find that very difficult. it isn't that simple.

Good, all round intro to mental health

I hope that senior management have been encouraged to watch and learn from this! Really liked, and downloaded, a few extras, including the Wellness Action Plan, although surely our 1:1s should be our way of letting our managers know how we feel…..

very insightful

I found this mental awareness course personally very helpful and beneficial to my working environment. I will most definitely be using the breathing technique which was mentioned so clearly. Also I will learn to work just out of my comfort zone, a healthy proportion as mentioned in your video. Unfortunately this topic is less studied and almost completely neglected. I found this video beneficial and will hopefully put your input into practice.
