Awareness is key start to mental health

A good start to make people aware of their own and others mental health.

Simple to follow.

Very simple and easy to follow presentation in bite size pieces. Equally easy multiple choice test which would be difficult to answer incorrectly. I would be willing to have my knowledge tested further.

Same format as others

If it helps even one person

I didn't gain anything from this course, l was aware of everything this course offered; it was too long, and bland. However, l haven't given it a low rating because if it even helps once person then it's worthwhile, even if it shows one person the value of "belly breathing" and helps them through the day then this has not been a waste of time.
