Excellent
Very interesting could do with a more simpler way of questioning maybe after each small video for individuals like myself with learning disabilities thank you
Friendly, approachable and presents well
I believe the portal and reference library should be used from time to time to remind staff of the topics discussed and to keep the topic at the fore in any interactions. We all work in a remote environment and may miss the visual cues that depression or anxiety exhibit whilst in the work environment.
Was interesting.
Was good, defiantly made you think.

Excellent
Normalising the topic is a huge hurdle, but this course is great. It should be mandatory for everyone BUT only if managers are trained to respond in a positive manner if an employee speaks to them. Response from managers has varied, in my case, from Very supportive indeed, to telling me not to discuss my mental health at work as "that's what a GP is for". Its hard to get beyond that response as it make it difficult to take the risk the next time.
Good but 40 mins long for knowle' impart

Dull.
Useful content but aimed at the wrong audience.
Helpful, well-paced overview
A helpful, well-paced overview of mental health, why it is so important, some of the things to look out for and gentle, practical advice for seeking help.
Helpful and informative.
Some useful knowledge and tools for assisting with one's own mental health and wellbeing and that of one's staff. We will definitely make use of the Wellbeing Action Plan. A well delivered training module at the right pace with suitable content.
