Useful and simple to understand
The short video clips keep you engaged with the content.
Interesting, I really enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the course and learned several new things that even as an ex-nurse I had not realised. You end up feeling positive at the end of it and with many helpful tools to help yourself and your colleagues. The only downside was that my computer couldn't seem to download the breathing gif. I really liked that.

Very informative and very useful
This course has highlighted the stress I sometime feel with work strains, so this has shown me another way to help myself deal with it. I would also recognise if someone else was struggling and I would know how to deal with the situation.

Great tips
Was good to e some achievable exercises that can assist with mental health. The breathing is something I already do regularly.

It was precise and no too long. The illustrations were very appropriate an easy to follow.
Very helpful
This was useful as it made one think of how other people are feeling, and also to think about anxiety and to be aware we are often anxious but do not realise it. To understand something is to deal with it. I also took a proper lunch break and went outside, so thank you.
