Great and simple to understand..!!

Shame there is no Cognitive Behavioral therapy info….this is missing!! We need more info on toolkit!!

Intersting and highlighted help

Makes you stop and think about how you are living your life and what changes you can make to ensure a more happier life both inside and outside of work. A healthy body is a healthy mind is what I will take away with me from this course.

Gave a lot of useful information about recognising early signs with a strong 'talk to someone about it' message. Recognition of elevated stress situations from previous work experiences through course content. Very useful and informative course.

Getting back to mindfulness …

Having struggled recently with my own mental health, I'm really pleased I had the opportunity to attend and complete the course. I found the course informative and relatable. I'm impressed with booklet that you can download offering lots of options to find coping mechanisms with people in the know, as well as apps to help you calm the mind. WAP is a great tool that I have used previously. I think this course is great for everyone to participate in, very good insight on mental health awareness
